Hahahaha. Nice find. But do take note, this wouldn't happen in Tokyo or other parts in Japan.Osaka is famous for being the home of many famous comedians in Japan. The people are known for being very warm, outgoing and funny. Tokyo is a bit like New York in that people are so caught up with being busy or feel the need to act busy that you won't get this kind of response. Which is why they point that out in this bangumi.
I miss Osaka :(
